A: Simply identify yourself on the My Account page and your information will be emailed to you immediately.

Q: What is your privacy policy?
A:  The information that you supply us with is used to process your order and to email you new product information in the form of a simple newsletter. We do not store your credit card information and we not give, rent or sell any information to a third party. Q: Is it safe to use my credit card for online purchases?
A: Yes, all transactions through this website are processed over a secure server.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Dion's Giftware accepts credit card payment through PayPal such as Visa, Master Card and American Express, money order or certified check. Any payment must be received and cleared before product is sent out. Please refer to the PayPal website for full details.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Please see our shipping costs on the Shipping Guide page. Orders over $100.00 dollars are shipped free of charge by regular parcel post.

Q: How will my on-line purchases be delivered to me?
A: Your purchases are carefully packaged and delivered to your door by regular parcel post delivery or a Courier Service. Dion's Giftware makes every effort to see that you order is carried out in a timely fashion but is not responsible for actual delivery services.

Q: How do I purchase or redeem a Dion's Giftware Gift Certificate?
A: Dion's Gift Certificates are purchased online in the same method as purchasing a gift in the shopping cart. An identification code is supplied on the certificate. The certificate becomes active once payment is received by PayPal and has been cleared. The recipient of the certificate enters the specific code when purchasing a gift from Dion's Giftware for the designated amount. Please read the gift certificate information page for full details. All corporate gift certificate orders must be obtained by calling Dion's Giftware.

Q: What if my package is damaged in delivery?
A: Call us as soon as your package is received for a Return Authorization number and we will ship a replacement by special rush courier service free of charge.

Q: What if I do not like what I have ordered?
A: We want you to be happy with your purchases. Items may be returned for exchange or credit within 14 days of the day you receive your order, provided it is unused and any tags are intact.
